Official Rules: James River Equipment "Go Yard!" Promotion

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of James River Equipment, John Deere, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins on March 1, 2023, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER:

   - Automatic Entry: Customers who purchase a new John Deere 1025R Compact Utility Tractor or 5075E Utility Tractor from a participating James River Equipment location during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

   - Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, enter a request for quote on any compact utility tractor or utility tractor by going to https://buildyourown.jamesriverequipment.com/, selecting your tractor model and clicking the "EMAIL QUOTE" button. Request for quote entries must be received by midnight on July 2, 2025 to be entered into the giveaway.

   - Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: James River Equipment "Go Yard Giveaway", 1571 Julian Road, Salisbury, NC 28146. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 2, 2025, and received by July 5, 2025.

4. PRIZES:

   One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package including: - Two (2) tickets to the 2025 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in Atlanta, GA or $1,000 cash prize (based on the ticket availability and/or discretion of James River Equipment)

   Up to three (3) other prizes will be available to three (3) other non-Grand Prize winners, including: - One (1) piece of signed baseball memorabilia (item TBD by sponsor) Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the sponsor's sole discretion. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

5. WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 10, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via phone and/or email provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 24 hours and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted. Failure to respond within the time frame or return documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes consent to use of entrant's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

10. PRIVACY: Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.
