The Mid-Atlantic Logging & Biomass Expo will take place September 15-16 near Laurinburg, North Carolina. Hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. James River Equipment will feature a chipping and full tree harvesting demonstration site encompassing an array of equipment, including skidders, wheeled and tracked feller bunchers, and forestry swing machines on display. Each of these machines were created as a result of extensive customer feedback, with productivity and uptime at the forefront of its design.
In addition to showcasing a breadth of equipment offerings, James River Equipment will demonstrate the capabilities of the John Deere TimberNavi™ jobsite mapping solution. TimberNavi increases the operator’s spatial understanding of the jobsite. Visitors can also learn more about JDLink™, the John Deere telematics solution offering loggers an unsurpassed level of connectivity. Now standard in the base price for five years, JDLink enables remote machine monitoring and sends alerts to the office, mobile device or dealer to inform them of immediate machine issues. If downtime does occur, exclusive remote diagnostics and programming enable the local James River Equipment representative to quickly identify the issue at hand.
