Undercarriage Systems require Service and Maintenance, regardless of brand or manufacturer.  When the need arises you can feel confident that JRE has the expertise and the Repair Options you need to maximize the life expectancy of each component. 

·        Wet Bushing Turn: This process restores your track chain to like new condition.  The chains are disassembled, inspected, pin and bushings are turned and chain is assembled using new seals, plugs, and each joint is lubricated.

·        Roller Relocation: Rollers can wear unevenly, due to operating techniques or general working conditions.  Relocating the track rollers due to percent worn will ensure you get the maximum life of each component. 

·        SC-2 Undercarriage:  SC-2 is a slurry coat that scientists developed at the John Deere Technical Center that is applied to the traditional hardened steel bushing.  The SC-2 layer is twice as hard as hardened steel and 25% harder than chrome plating.  Harder materials result in higher wear resistance and longer service intervals.  In fact, SC-2 bushings can deliver up to twice the wear of conventional bushings. (Available for most Deere models)

·        Maximum Life Undercarriage: This system combines the SC-2 coated bushings with larger components that deliver longer and more balanced wear.  Track Links, Rollers, and Idlers have been increased in critical areas to achieve Maximum Life. (Available for most Deere models)

Rubber Tracks

James River Equipment also offers a wide variety of rubber tracks for your compact equipment. We have rubber tracks in inventory for Skid Steer Loaders and Mini Excavators for Bobcat, CAT, CASE, New Holland, Takeuchi, Komatsu, and Kubota.  Our rubber tracks are backed by one of the best warranties in the industry.  Mini Excavators are warranted for 18 months or 1500 hours of operation, and our SSL tracks are warranted for 12 months 1000 hours of operation on a pro-rated basis, against any manufacturers defects.
