MyDealer from James River Equipment is an online portal where you can access your account with James River Equipment. Navigation is simple and straightforward, and you’ll be able to find, select, and order the parts you need to get the job done. Review and updated all of your equipment in one place, view accounting, and manage your equipment online.

With Proof of Purchase: Items in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, with proof of purchase, may be returned for credit or full refund within 45 days of purchase. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at the time of return.
Without Proof of Purchase: Items in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, without proof of purchase, may be returned for store credit only. These returns will be processed at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 45 days.
All opened or installed electrical parts are non-returnable. All special ordered returned parts will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Shipping for online purchases will be limited to domestic ground shipments unless otherwise requested. Additional charges will apply to non-ground shipments and exclude all shipments of hazardous materials.
