James River Equipment is currently seeking a qualified Customer Support Sales Associate for our Fishersville, VA location. Job Responsibilities:

Sell aftermarket replacement parts, machine attachments and repair services to an existing customer base.

Perform basic inspections on customer’s machines to generate parts and service sales opportunities.

Work closely with product support operations to generate timely and accurate customer quotations.

Perform new machine delivery introductions to ensure customers are aware of JRE services and department member contact information.

Utilize company systems to maximize call planning, opportunity management and product information.

Job Requirements:

College or Technical degree preferred.

Previous sales experience in the equipment industry preferred, however, industry related skill sets, knowledge or experience will be considered.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Customer led and ability to work in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Self-starter and comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment.

Valid Driver’s License/Clean Driving Record required.
