The history of James River Equipment dates back to 1926 when Rudolph Romer opened his first John Deere Dealership in Holly, Colorado. In 1977, the Romers made the decision to expand eastward and purchased four construction and forestry dealerships in Virginia which were combined to form James River Equipment. Since 2001, James River Equipment has added on average one new location and one new partner per year. Job Responsibilities:
Parts look up, addresses customer concerns and resolves problems effectively
Opens, closes & manages repair orders
Maintains service department time keeping, filings and records
Participates in the process of product improvement claims
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent experience
One year of relevant parts experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communications
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
